By the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, our compatriot Khayrullo Saydullaevich Ibadullaev has been awarded the "Jasorat" medal. He risked his own life and health during a complex emergency in Saint Petersburg, Russian Federation, to rescue a young child falling from the upper floor of a multi-story building.
