It was found that a responsible official of the district tax inspection illegally suspended operations on the farmers' bank accounts. According to the law, such restrictions can only be implemented following established procedures and deadlines. However, requirements were violated in 197 separate cases.
In response to the identified violations, measures were taken against the official under the Code of Administrative Responsibility. The official was fined 40 times the Base Calculating Amount.
It was noted that the protection of farmers' interests remains under constant supervision.
