As noted, a roll-call assembly took place at the Yakkasaray District
Internal Affairs Department with the participation of Ravshan Sultonkhojaev,
Head of the Tashkent City Main Department of Internal Affairs.
During the meeting, ongoing efforts to ensure public security, prevent
offenses, and strengthen citizen peace in the district were discussed.
At the conclusion of the event, dedicated individuals who demonstrated
examples of courage and humanism were duly recognized.
In particular, the bravery and prompt action of Rasul Juraev, who saved
13-year-old Muhammad from drowning while swimming in the Burijar Canal, were
specially commended. The courage of citizen Zuhriddin Eshquvvatov, who provided
direct assistance during the rescue operation, was also highly praised.
For their selfless actions and heroism in saving a human life, Rasul Juraev
and Zuhriddin Eshquvvatov were ceremoniously presented with letters of
appreciation, monetary rewards, and commemorative gifts by Ravshan
Sultonkhojaev, Head of the Tashkent City Main Department of Internal Affairs,
and Nilufar Allabergenova, Khokim of Yakkasaray District.
At the event, it was specially emphasized that human life is the highest
value, and that such courage and dedication serve as an example for society.
