According to the Office of Muslims of Uzbekistan, first of all, Uzbekistanis who were unable to perform Hajj during the pandemic and paid for the trip until the end of February 2020 were included in the lists of pilgrims.
It is worth noting that Uzbek citizens who go to Hajj must be fully vaccinated with such drugs as AstraZeneca, Moderna, Pfizer or Johnson & Johnson, and also have the appropriate certificate.
Pilgrims from Uzbekistan must also carry a package of 30 medical masks. Masks must be changed every four hours. A fine is provided for non-compliance with the mask regime in Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan Airports reports.
