The study assessed cities in such areas as "speed of change", economic opportunities, quality of life, social capital, and interaction with government agencies.
According to BCG data, Tashkent has taken a high position in terms of the "rate of change" indicator, second only to Shenzhen and Riyadh.
In the study, the results of Tashkent are explained by positive changes in the sphere of economic opportunities, as well as in the interaction of residents with public services.
This result shows that the work carried out in the capital to develop the urban environment, infrastructure, improve the quality of services and create amenities for residents is in the field of attention of international experts.
