Born in 1990 in Nukus, Dauletiyar Khudaybergenov graduated from the Tashkent State University of Law with a Bachelor's degree in 2013 and a Master's degree in 2015.
Prior to this appointment, he served as a department head within the Legal Expertise and Complex Analysis Department of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Alisher Ismatillaevich Dusmukhamedov has been appointed as the Deputy Khokim of Tashkent for the Implementation of Information Technologies — Head of the Digital Development Department.
Alisher Dusmukhamedov was born in 1981 in Tashkent. He began his career in 2003 and has held several responsible positions. Since March 29, 2023, he had been serving as the Head of the Information and Communication Technologies and Cybersecurity Department of the Customs Committee under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
