Scientists, experts, representatives of parliaments, heads of ministries and departments, government and public figures, as well as heads of non-governmental non-profit organizations in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Azerbaijan took part in its work.
Gulnora Marufova, a member of the Senate Committee on Science, Education and Healthcare of the Oliy Majlis, emphasized in her speech that this Forum is aimed at strengthening mutual understanding between peoples and developing fruitful cooperation.
As part of the event, a flower-laying ceremony was held at the "Stele of Friendship" located in the Uzbek region of the region.
The forum participants also took part in a scientific and practical conference at Ferghana State University on the theme "Friendship Stele - a symbol of friendship, good-neighborliness, trust and strategic partnership between fraternal countries."
During the event, issues of strengthening ties in the field of science, mutual trust and the development of strategic partnership were discussed. The participants emphasized that this conference is important for bringing regional cooperation to a new level.
