Loans for the purchase of livestock totaling 2.9 billion soums were received from the commercial bank for these structures. However, the cattle purchased with these funds were sold for cash, after which the funds were appropriated.
A criminal case has been opened on this fact under article 167 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan (embezzlement or embezzlement). Investigative actions are currently underway.
