Crime prevention inspectors play an
important role in maintaining public order and safety in mahallas, preventing
offenses, and ensuring peace and stability in local communities.
The bill proposes to establish a new
honorary title for crime prevention inspectors of the internal affairs bodies
who have worked effectively for many years in preventing and stopping offenses,
maintaining public order and safety, and improving the legal awareness of the
population.
Employees with a high level of
professionalism, dedication, and exemplary performance of their duties will be
eligible for the title.
The bill also provides for amendments
and additions to the laws “On State Awards” and “On Establishing Honorary
Titles of the Republic of Uzbekistan.”
People who receive the new honorary
title will be presented with a special badge. Its design and appearance will be
determined by law.
It was noted at the meeting that
establishing the new honorary title will help increase the professional
reputation of crime prevention inspectors, properly recognize their work, and
motivate them to perform their duties honestly and effectively.
The bill was approved and sent to the
Senate.
