There are more than 14.7 thousand healthcare and social services enterprises operating in Uzbekistan

Their number increased by almost 2,400 compared to the corresponding period last year.

Number of enterprises and organizations operating in the field of healthcare and social services, by region:

·        Tashkent city - 2,439;

·        Ferghana region - 1,590;

·        Samarkand region - 1,546;

·        Andijan region - 1,264;

·        Tashkent region - 1,132;

·        Kashkadarya region - 1,107;

·        Bukhara region - 1,028 units;

·        Namangan region - 989;

·        Khorezm region - 840;

·        Surkhandarya region - 751;

·        Republic of Karakalpakstan - 727;

·        Navoi region - 533;

·        Jizzakh region - 463;

·        Syrdarya region - 323.
