The parties
discussed the development of cooperation in the field of higher and
professional education, as well as the expansion of international partnership
in the medical field.
Representatives
of the company spoke about the activities of the clinic network in the European
Union and expressed interest in attracting medical personnel from Uzbekistan.
During the
negotiations, employment opportunities for graduates of medical universities of
Uzbekistan in clinics in Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic were
considered. It was noted that European medical institutions are interested in
young specialists from Uzbekistan.
In
addition, the organization of internships for medical students in European
countries was discussed. The company stated its readiness to help students
familiarize themselves with the work of clinics, modern standards of medical
services and the requirements of the international labor market.
The parties
paid special attention to cooperation in the field of vocational education, in
particular, the training of specialists in nursing. Joint projects on the
development of practical skills of graduates of medical colleges based on
international standards with subsequent employment in foreign clinics were
considered.
Following
the meeting, an agreement was reached on further study of proposals,
development of specific cooperation mechanisms and continuation of negotiations
with the participation of medical universities and professional educational
institutions.
