The following purposes for the development of the Civil Aviation sector through 2030 have been designated, including:
Increasing the number of passengers served by air transport to 24 million.
Increasing the number of international and local flights to 200 thousand.
Increasing the air fleet of airline residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan to 180 aircraft.
Starting from January 1, 2026, State Budget financing for the "Uzaviation" Agency will be abolished.
The 20 percent allocation from the profit of the State Unitary Enterprise “Uzbekistan Air Navigation Center” (“Uzairnavigation”) to the Civil Aviation Agency Development Fund will be stopped for the end of 2025 and subsequent years.
