According to data cited by the BBC, Khusanov reached a top speed of 36.5 kilometers per hour during the opening group stage match. This performance allowed him to share second place on the list of the fastest players.

The ranking is led by Australia national team player Jordan Bos, who clocked a speed of 36.7 km/h. Khusanov shared the second spot matching the exact result of Norwegian forward Erling Haaland.

Furthermore, the Uzbekistani defender outpaced South Korea national team captain Son Heung-min and French star Kylian Mbappé, whose speeds were recorded at 35.2 and 35.1 km/h, respectively.
