Uzbekistan Airports has acquired four apron buses from the German manufacturer Cobus Industries GmbH for Tashkent airport.

The Cobus 3000 low-floor apron bus is the largest model in the line. The bus is almost 14 meters long and 3 meters wide and can accommodate 104 passengers - 10 seats and 94 standing ones. This model is equipped with a pneumatic floor raising and lowering system. Before boarding and disembarking passengers, the floor of the bus can be lowered or raised to continue driving. This feature makes it easier for passengers with suitcases, strollers, and passengers with disabilities to get in and out.

It is worth noting that Uzbekistan Airports is systematically working to update and modernize its fleet of special vehicles. In particular, new universal cleaning machines at the airfield complex, aircraft de-icing machines, aircraft tow trucks, air engine start-up units, ground air conditioning units in the aircraft cabin, etc. have been purchased.
