The assistant to the President of Uzbekistan, Saida Mirziyoyeva, took part in a meeting within the framework of the IV Tashkent International Investment Forum.

Saida Mirziyoyeva emphasized that one of the key directions of state policy is the sustainable development of Karakalpakstan, a region with harsh natural conditions, but with great potential and unique natural beauty. Strengthening the economy, creating jobs and improving the quality of life of the republic's residents remain priorities.

Speaking at the session within the framework of the IV Tashkent International Investment Forum, it was emphasized that extensive work had been carried out over the past year: negotiations with international partners had taken place, specific programs had been launched, and the necessary budget had been allocated for their implementation.

Together with the Boston Consulting Group, a long-term development strategy for Karakalpakstan until 2035 has been developed, aimed at creating conditions for economic growth and social stability.

"The main goal of attracting investments to the region is to create new jobs, support local entrepreneurs and create prospects for young people.

I invite investors to come to the region, see with their own eyes the huge potential of the republic and assess the scale of possible transformations," said the Presidential aide.
