In accordance with the resolution, in order to prevent theft of funds from citizens' bank cards, banks, payment system operators and payment organizations are required to implement modern fraud protection systems (antifraud) and antivirus programs, as well as technically limit the possibility of fraudulent calls from fake numbers.

Starting this year, a comprehensive promotional event "Cyberculture Enhancement Month" will be held annually for one month. Through the active implementation of information and educational work by all state and non-governmental organizations in this area, a permanent system for increasing digital immunity and awareness of the population will be created.
