According to the National Statistics Committee, 28,500 Indian citizens entered Uzbekistan for tourist purposes in January-May 2025.
Their number increased by 5.3 thousand people or by 22.7% compared to the corresponding period last year.
The number of Indian citizens who entered Uzbekistan in January-May 2025 for travel purposes:
· travel - 17,956 people;
· office staff - 7,557 people;
· study - 2,710 people;
· visiting relatives - 253 people;
· commercial - 10 people.
