As the Report reports with reference to TASS, this was reported by the operational headquarters deployed at the site of the collapse of the Office of the Auditor General in the Chatuchak district in the north of Bangkok.

All the missing people were involved in the construction of this building. Over the past day, rescuers have recovered the bodies of two victims from the rubble. Thus, a total of 13 people were recognized as dead at this facility.

Thai authorities have approved a 200 million baht ($5.8 million) fund to help victims whose homes were damaged by the disaster.
