According to the Presidential Decree "On measures to improve the system of support for youth entrepreneurship and business projects aimed at youth employment" (No. PP-60 dated 02/14/2025), startup projects that have successfully completed the incubation or acceleration program, as well as become winners of prestigious competitions held to support startup projects The venture fund will allocate up to 2 billion soums of investment funds by depositing them into their authorized capital as a share in the following areas:

· a startup project at the stage of developing a standard model (MVP) with a high potential for success in the future - up to 500 million soums;

· a startup project successfully implemented in the Uzbek market - up to 1 billion soums;

· a startup project with the possibility of entering the foreign market - up to 2 billion soums.

Chamber of Commerce and Industry and local government authorities:

They will be personally responsible for assisting in the development of business projects supported by the Foundation.;

They will submit quarterly proposals to the Fund for financing business projects that create high added value.
