So far,
three people are confirmed dead, and another 17 are reported missing.
Rescuers
are operating under extremely difficult conditions. The remaining parts of the
building could collapse at any moment, which is why specialists are conducting
most of the work manually.
Thermal
imagers have detected the presence of people beneath the rubble, and search and
rescue operations are continuing based on this data.
Officials
have identified the owner of the property and are investigating the causes of
the disaster. Relatives of the construction workers are demanding urgent
updates. However, the emerging risks concerning the safety of the rescuers are
slowing down the search efforts, Kazinform reported.
