rescue operations are continuing based on this data.
Officials
have identified the owner of the property and are investigating the causes of
the disaster. Relatives of the construction workers are demanding urgent
updates. However, the emerging risks concerning the safety of the rescuers are
slowing down the search efforts, Kazinform reported.
