The ceremony of presenting 5 thousand kits of personal protective equipment, which includes protective overalls, glasses, masks, gloves, shoe covers, was attended by the heads of the Turkish Embassy and TICA Representative Office.

As Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkey to the Republic of Uzbekistan Mehmet Süreyya Er noted, currently two friendly countries have reached the level of strategic partnership. Turkey and Uzbekistan support each other in these difficult days of the fight against coronavirus infection.

After the ceremony of signing documents on the transfer of humanitarian aid between the parties, a thorough discussion took place on the possibilities for further cooperation.
