From now on, undergraduate and graduate university exams will be broadcast live on the Internet

    The President decree "On additional measures to ensure the transparency of the activities of state bodies and organizations, as well as the effective implementation of public control" was adopted.

    The decree approved a list of socially significant information (33 items) to be posted in the public domain by all state bodies and organizations.

    According to the decree, state bodies and organizations annually report on their following activities:

    • post information on their websites by March 1, announce a public discussion by March 10;
    • hold press conferences dedicated to the broad public discussions before April 1.

    From July 1, 2021, information on the following will be posted on the open data portal (Portal) and the websites of state bodies and organizations and will be updated each quarter:

    • government procurement, that was carried out;
    • expenses of officials for business trips and receiving visitors from abroad;
    • tax and customs benefits and preferences in accordance with legislative acts of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers;
    • their own annual cost estimate and its implementation.

    According to the decree, a procedure will be introduced for the live broadcasting on the Internet of the process of conducting the following exams:

    • exams for undergraduate and graduate universities;
    • exams related to academic transfer;
    • tests of nostrification.

    Before the entrance exams for the 2021/2022 academic year, the imtihon.uz web platform will be launched and will be open to all users, providing a live broadcast of the exams.
