At the meeting, representatives of a foreign company were informed about the tourism opportunities of our republic in various directions, conditions and benefits created for foreign travel agencies.
The parties also discussed the ongoing work on the broad promotion of Uzbekistan's tourism potential in India, in particular, the need for advertising activities through various electronic platforms in India and further strengthening and deepening cooperation in the field of cinematography.
The foreign side has made proposals to organize the trip of pilgrims from the southern states of India to our country by separate charter flights. In this direction, an agreement was reached to work in cooperation with the economic entities of our country working in the field of tourism.
As noted by Mr. Rati, the airline "IndiGo" plans to launch regular flights 4 times a week on the route "Delhi - Tashkent - Delhi" from September this year.
Following the negotiations, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and Wingspan agreed to develop a phased plan of joint actions to accelerate the implementation of the agreements reached.
