The number of flights between Moscow and Tashkent will increase to 39 per week

    In order to develop air communication between Russia and Uzbekistan, the aviation authorities have agreed to increase the frequency of flights on the Moscow - Tashkent route from 25 to 39 flights per week.

    On the Russian side, Aeroflot, Siberia and UTair airlines have been appointed to perform flights from Moscow to Tashkent. On the Uzbek side - Uzbekistan Airways JSC and Qanot Sharq airline, Rosaviation reports.

    The number of designated Russian airlines may be increased after the allocation of new 14 frequencies based on applications from Russian airlines in accordance with the Procedure for the Admission of carriers to perform international air transportation of Passengers and (or) cargo.

    The increase in the number of regular flights between the capitals of the two countries will have a positive impact on the further development of bilateral cooperation and satisfaction of passenger demand for transportation between Russia and Uzbekistan.
