The press service of the mobile operator officially denied this information, explaining that in February, unauthorized access was recorded to one of the test servers that was not connected to the main systems. The server was promptly isolated, which made it possible to localize the incident.

The systems where subscribers' personal and financial data is stored are located in a fully secure area. No traces of penetration were found, the services were not disrupted, and there was no leakage of customer data.

The Company, together with the competent authorities, continues to investigate and implement additional measures to strengthen the protection of information systems. A specialized cybersecurity unit monitors the IT infrastructure around the clock using modern monitoring and protection tools.

In 2025, Mobiuz specialists successfully repelled more than 10,000 DDoS attacks of varying intensity, including over 180 critical cases. More than 68,000 phishing links and fraudulent websites were also blocked, and three attempts at unauthorized access to the network infrastructure were completely prevented.
