In accordance with the document, Tashkent State University of Law is denfined as the basic higher education and scientific-methodological institution for training, retraining legal personnel in jurisprudence specialty.
At the same time, Law Faculties are being established at Samarkand, Namangan and Termez State Universities with quotas, including additional admission under a differentiated paid contract.
The Institute of State and Law of the Academy of Sciences is also being created in the country, carrying out fundamental and applied research in state, law, political and legal thought.
