At Osh International Airport, the Uzbek plane was greeted with a solemn traditional water arch, the Dune news agency reports.

On the first flight, 98 passengers left Tashkent, and 141 people flew from Osh to the capital of Uzbekistan. In addition to citizens of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, tourists from Turkey, China and South Korea were among the passengers, which underlines the international tourist attractiveness of the new destination.

Flights are operated by modern Airbus A320 aircraft twice a week - on Wednesdays and Saturdays. In the near future, it is planned to increase the frequency of flights to four times a week.
