This project provides for the following:
- systematization by combining norms and rules of urban planning, cancellation of acts that have lost their relevance;
- application of the parametric method of construction rationing, which determines the requirements for the final condition of the construction object;
- permission for individuals and legal entities to apply foreign regulations in the field of urban planning under certain conditions;
- approval of estimated rules in the form of estimated standards that serve as the basis for the formation of prices in the construction sector and ensuring openness;
- cancellation of the licensing procedure for the development of architectural and urban planning documentation through the introduction of the procedure for joining the ranks of non-profit self-government organizations in the field of construction;
- cancellation of the procedure for the provision of public services for the coordination of design and estimate documentation for individual housing construction (reconstruction) in the construction sector;
- granting legal entities operating in the private sector the right to exercise control over construction and installation works;
- ensuring the systematic placement of regulations in the field of technical regulation in the National database of legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- improving the procedure for monitoring compliance with the norms and rules of urban planning in the field of construction through the use of remote sensing of the earth and satellite communication spacecraft using an artificial satellite and other drones;
- creation of a test site "Trial pool" designed for testing innovative processes, new types of materials and products.
