The Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan reports that this is considered a gross violation of licensing requirements and may result in legal action to revoke the license.
Based on appeals from poets and composers, as well as court decisions on administrative liability, the Ministry of Justice sent information to the State Unitary Enterprise Uzbekconcert about 10 performers who committed similar violations in 2024 and this year. The Agency recommends that appropriate measures be taken, including the cancellation of licenses.
