Subsidies will be provided for the purchase of "in vitro" seedlings

    Resolution No. 468 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 07/28/2025 approved the Regulation on the procedure for reimbursement of part of the costs of purchasing grafted seedlings of fruit and grape crops propagated in in vitro conditions.

    The position determines the orders:

    submitting applications and reviewing them for reimbursement of part of the cost of purchasing grafted fruit and grape seedlings propagated in "in vitro" conditions with a certificate of conformity;

    providing subsidies to reimburse part of the cost of purchasing grafted fruit and grape seedlings;

    control over the fulfillment of obligations for the cultivation of grafted fruit and grape seedlings.

    Subsidies are allocated at the expense of the State Fund for the Development and Support of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Agency for the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex in the following amounts:

    50% of the purchase price of grafted fruit trees, propagated "in vitro", with a certificate of conformity (optional) for the applicant who laid out a new intensive garden and planted them on the outskirts of fields, around canals, irrigation and collector drainage networks, but not more than 25 thousand soums per grafted fruit tree;

    7.5 thousand soums - for seedless and new grape varieties with a certificate of conformity and no more than 2 thousand soums for local grape seedlings.

    For reference: "in vitro" (Latin - "in glass") is a term denoting experiments that are carried out "in vitro" - in artificial conditions, outside the body or the natural environment.
