- Within the framework of the SCO, a statement on this topic is being adopted for the first time. This indicates the desire and readiness of the Organization to be an active participant in the formation and implementation of regional and global climate topics. In particular, the document reflects the common approaches of the SCO member states to the effective implementation of the provisions of the main international legal mechanisms in this area - the UN Framework Convention on Climate and the Paris Agreement, - said the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Yusuf Kabulzhanov.
