According to the decree, pension-related services will
be fully transferred to interactive and proactive formats by January 1, 2027.
The following pension services will be provided
proactively, without citizens having to submit a separate application:
• From November 1, 2026, an old-age pension will be
granted two years earlier than the general retirement age to people who have
been recognized as unemployed due to reduced work volumes or the liquidation of
an enterprise.
• From January 1, 2027, a survivor’s pension will be
granted proactively.
Starting from January 1, 2027, the online “My Pension”
service will also allow citizens to receive notifications one year before they
reach retirement age.
The measures are aimed at making pension services more
convenient and reducing the need for citizens to apply for these services
themselves.
