This was stipulated by the President's resolution "On the establishment of a branch of Liaoning Normal University of the People's Republic of China in Uzbekistan" (PQ-359, dated October 2, 2026).
According to the resolution, the branch of Liaoning Normal University in Uzbekistan will be established in the Khorezm region.
The educational process at the branch will begin in the 2026/2027 academic year. Teaching will be conducted in Uzbek, Chinese, or English.
Education will be organized in full-time and alternative forms of study.
Additionally, until the 2030/2031 academic year, students admitted to the branch will study on a full state grant basis throughout the entire period of study.
Starting from the 2030/2031 academic year, 30 percent of admission parameters will be formed on the basis of state grants.
The practical training of branch students will be organized in accordance with curricula at production and service enterprises in the region, including on the basis of dual education.
