The babies were born at the Andijan regional branch of the National Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Maternal and Child Health.
Dildoraxon Akhmedova, a resident of Andijan district, was admitted to the medical facility on August 20 with a multiple pregnancy diagnosis. A premature cesarean section was performed on the woman.
The delivery process was successfully carried out with the participation of obstetrician-gynecologists, neonatologists, and resuscitators.
Three of the babies are girls and one is a boy:
First baby — girl, weighing 1,840 grams
Second baby — boy, weighing 1,534 grams
Third baby — girl, weighing 1,584 grams
Fourth baby — girl, weighing 1,756 grams
Currently, the mother and the four babies are under the supervision of medical staff.
It is noted that quadruplets were also born in Andijan in June of this year, and quintuplets were born in July.
