During a routine raid conducted by employees of the Mirzo Ulugbek district department of the Ecopolice under the Main Directorate of Ecology and Climate Change of Tashkent city, it was revealed that a monkey was being kept in the basement of a computer club located in the Karasu-6 residential area.
Measures were taken regarding the incident in accordance with established procedures. To ensure the safety and subsequent care of the monkey, it was handed over to the Tashkent Zoo in the prescribed manner.
Experts warn that keeping wild animals without appropriate conditions and the supervision of specialists poses a danger to their health and lives, and can also have a negative impact on public safety.
