During the meeting, the sides discussed
improving the system for organized employment of Uzbek citizens who want to
work in Russia, as well as arranging the main procedures before their departure
directly in Uzbekistan.
In particular, they proposed creating a
one-stop center where all necessary procedures could be completed in one place.
The center would provide pre-departure testing, medical examinations, biometric
registration, fingerprinting, and document checks.
The sides also discussed holding Russian
language exams directly in the regions to reduce the time and costs associated
with traveling to Tashkent. The necessary infrastructure has already been
prepared in four regions.
The main goal is to ensure that citizens
planning to work in Russia know in advance where they will work, which company
they will work for, and under what conditions. They will also be able to
prepare the necessary documents and complete the required procedures in
advance.
As a result, workers will be able to
travel to Russia through a legal and clear process based on a specific request
from an employer.
