"We monitor compliance with migration legislation and the legal residency of foreign citizens in our city. The identified individuals were expelled from the country in accordance with the law due to violations of migration procedures," said Erkin Amantaev, Head of the Migration Service Department of the Almaty Police Department.
According to police data, the deportation was carried out in line with current legislation, with each individual’s documentation verified and their safe transport to the border strictly monitored, reported by oz.inform.kz.
The deported Uzbek migrants are required to cover their own return expenses.
