The first guests of the exhibition - the heads of 5 Central Asian states – Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
The bright color of the unique culture and gastronomy was presented by the National Stand of Uzbekistan.
National yurts made in a modern and traditional style, representing the products of the most famous craftsmen-carpets, souvenirs made of wood, coinage, jewelry, traditional embroidery; handmade arbors made of wood, stands with Uzbek sweets, a corner of national bread and bakery products, a corner with seasonal Uzbek fruits: juicy watermelons and sweet melons, peaches, apples, various types of grapes-all this largely anticipated the expectations of the exhibition participants.
Guests and participants will be able not only to plunge into the richness of our national culture, but also to "taste Uzbekistan".
The first tasting was the masterpieces of the Uzbek national breakfast: fresh crème kaymak, hot tortillas and samsa, various types of teas and a lot of fruits. Throughout the exhibition, guests can taste bright notes of Uzbek culinary compositions: Zaamin tandoor-gusht with coniferous leaves and Namangan tandoor-kebab on skewers, various types of samsa-Tashkent, Jizzakh, Kokand, Parkent samsa with herbs and samsa with pumpkin, assorted kebabs and Uzbek shurpa. The bright culmination of the gastronomic composition will be 2 types of pilaf: Tashkent and Bukhara oshi-sofi.
