The leaders of both countries extended sincere wishes of peace, well-being, and prosperity to the brotherly peoples of Uzbekistan and Türkiye.
The current issues related to the further development and strengthening of the comprehensive strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Türkiye were discussed.
The ongoing intensive contacts at all levels were noted with deep satisfaction. Trade and investment volumes continue to grow, along with the number of joint projects and enterprises, as well as the frequency of direct flights between the two countries.
Special attention was given to preparations for the upcoming regular meeting of the High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council and the planned summit of the Organization of Turkic States.
The importance of successfully organizing the forthcoming session of the Intergovernmental Commission in Uzbekistan, the joint business forum, and the visit of a delegation from the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye to participate in the 150th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union was also emphasized.
The presidents also exchanged views on key international issues.
