Large "Industrial Tourism Complex" to be built on 100 hectares in Parkent

    At the initiative of our Head of State, such beneficial works have begun in Tashkent region, particularly in Parkent district and are consistently continuing.

    Specifically, the Hokim of Parkent district met with representatives of the Uzbek-Chinese joint venture "Limaomoali Metal Company."

    During the meeting, negotiations were held on the proposed project for establishing an "Industrial Tourism Complex" in the Hisorak area of Parkent.

    In the presentation, which took place in an open dialogue format, preliminary estimates indicate that the project, planned to be established on 100 hectares of land in the Hisorak area, will attract $50 million in foreign investment.

    According to this project, the area will feature intensive fruit and ornamental gardens imported from China, wineries, recreational facilities, space capsule hotels reflecting our national identity, a science and technology museum, and amazing restaurants.

    The project, which is expected to attract 320,000 tourists annually, is scheduled to be launched in the 1st quarter of 2027.

    During the discussions, Hokim Elmurod Pulatov told the foreign partners that they should employ more workers from Parkent district.

    In the mutual negotiations, it was stipulated that 80 people from the population of Parkent would be hired for the 100 high-paying new jobs created within this project.
