According to the Report, this was announced on Thursday by the US Department of Defense.
"Today, two Venezuelan military aircraft flew near a US Navy ship in international waters. This extremely provocative step was intended to interfere with our operations to combat drug terrorism," the ministry said in a statement.
"The cartel that governs Venezuela is strongly advised not to further attempt to obstruct, deter or interfere with the operations against drug trafficking and terrorism conducted by the US Armed Forces," the document says.
