Attention to the younger generation, which is considered a special social stratum in the life of society, and the wide use of its capabilities is an important part of the tasks assigned to people's diplomacy. This is confirmed by the fact that the Agency for Youth Affairs is one of the founders of the SCO People's Diplomacy Center in Uzbekistan.
On July 6, a meeting was held with activists of the Youth Affairs Agency of Uzbekistan, where the events to be held jointly in 2022 were discussed in detail.
During the meeting, representatives of the Center made a proposal to hold intellectual games "Do you know the SCO" among a wide audience of young people, within the framework of Uzbekistan's chairmanship in the SCO, as well as, in order to popularize the knowledge and understanding of this organization, further increase knowledge and legal culture and help introduce into the minds of young people noble ideas of interaction of our country with partner countries.
Following the meeting, the concept, program, list of participants was agreed upon, dates of the event and other organizational issues were set, the press service of the SCO People's Diplomacy Center in Uzbekistan reports.
