The document approved a program of measures to transform the intellectual game "Zakovat" into a mass educational movement among the population and the development of other intellectual games.
The Agency for Youth Affairs has been assigned additional tasks:
•  supporting the aspirations of young people for intellectual development and coordinating work in this area;
•  conducting intellectual games, public speaking contests, discussions and meetings in foreign languages among young people;
•  allocation of grants for projects aimed at the development and popularization of intellectual games among young people;
•  ensuring the inclusion of information about intellectual games and their gifted participants in the electronic platform and the coverage of the results of intellectual games in the media.
Winners and prize-winners (1-3 places) of the republican stage of the intellectual games "Zakovat" on the recommendation of the Organizing Committee are accepted without entrance exams:
•  students of secondary general education schools, including Presidential educational institutions, - to institutions of secondary special and vocational education and higher educational institutions;
•  students of secondary specialized and vocational education institutions - to the appropriate educational areas of higher educational institutions, students of higher educational institutions - to the next level of education on the basis of a basic paid contract.
At the same time, starting from the 2022/2023 academic year, a monthly scholarship "Zakovat" is being established, issued during the year to students and students who won the republican stage of intellectual games. The scholarship is funded by funds allocated from the State Budget to the Agency for Youth Affairs.
At the same time, professors and teachers who are the coordinators of the intellectual clubs "Zakovat" established in educational institutions are paid a one-time allowance of 50% of the monthly wage fund at the expense of the director's fund and extra-budgetary funds of higher educational institutions.
NGO "Intellectual Club "Zakovat" in 2022 funds in the amount of 50 billion soums will be allocated from the State Budget. In the following years, funds will be allocated to the Zakovat club in accordance with reasonable calculations.
Starting from 2022, an Intellectual Olympiad will be held annually among students of all higher educational institutions, regardless of the direction, sphere, specialty of education.
From the 2022/2023 academic year, the "Week of Intellectuality" will be held annually in April.
