During the conversation, the current state and prospects of cooperation between Uzbekistan and the ILO, as well as a number of important initiatives and projects being implemented, were discussed.
Thus, it was noted that agreements signed with the ILO on the environment, labor rights and other areas are consistently implemented annually. In addition, the reforms carried out in Uzbekistan within the framework of Strategy 2030 are fully consistent with the priorities and principles of the ILO.
During the meeting, the sides also exchanged views on the implementation of the Country's Decent Work Program in Uzbekistan for 2021-2025.
