At the meeting, held in the spirit of a free and sincere dialogue, it was noted that under the leadership of the Head of our State, all conditions are being created for the formation and support of modern-minded, broad-minded, talented personnel of the new generation.

It was noted that intellectual youth is the driving force of reforms in our country. The support of talented young people to study in foreign countries on the basis of grants is bearing fruit. At the same time, it is worth noting that at the expense of the fund, about 20 fellows have studied at the most prestigious educational institutions in the USA, Great Britain, Japan and other developed countries and are now continuing their activities in the banking system.

During the discussion, the fellows put forward proposals on various topics. In particular, a number of proposals were put forward at the event on topics such as accelerating automation processes in the banking sector, improving legislation in the field of financial law, and applying world best practices in the banking system. There was also an exchange of views on the development of the insurance market and improving the quality of insurance products.

Following the results of the event, it was decided to hold such meetings on a regular basis.
