High-level meetings will be held in the city of Rome. The President of Uzbekistan will hold talks with the President of Italy Sergio Mattarella and Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.

Current issues of further developing multifaceted relations and functional interaction between Uzbekistan and Italy in priority areas will be considered. Views will be exchanged on the international agenda.

The Leader of Uzbekistan will also meet with the Director-General of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, Qu Dongyu, headquartered in the capital of Italy. It is envisaged that essential aspects of cooperation in ensuring food security will be discussed.

The business program of the visit will be held in Milan – the President of Uzbekistan will receive the Governor of Lombardy province and hold a roundtable discussion with the heads of leading companies and organizations in Italy.
