Saida Mirziyoyeva announced that a new, modern preschool facility with a 360-child capacity will be constructed on the site of the dilapidated kindergarten.
Additionally, the building of School No. 43 will undergo full renovation, which will include the establishment of modern science laboratories alongside foreign language and creative arts clubs. Specialized accessible conditions will also be created for children with special educational needs.
During the visit, she also met with students studying at the Qashqadaryo Advanced Vocational Skills Technikum, commending their ambition and confidence in the future.
"Childhood does not wait—problems must be resolved without delay," Saida Mirziyoyeva said.
She emphasized that children must receive education and upbringing in a dignified environment from the moment they step into kindergarten until they transition into independent adult life.
