During his stay in Berlin, the President of Uzbekistan attended the meeting of the leaders of Central Asian countries with the Federal President of Germany Frank‑Walter Steinmeier.

At the meeting, the Presidents of Uzbekistan and Germany discussed current cooperation issues between the two countries.

Then, the President of Uzbekistan took part in the Economic Forum, organized under the auspices of the Eastern Committee of the German Economy.

At the First Summit in the “Central Asia – Germany” format, chaired by Federal Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz, the President of Uzbekistan outlined priority areas for long-term interaction.

Issues of further developing multifaceted cooperation between Uzbekistan and Germany were discussed during bilateral talks between the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the Federal Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz.
