    Upon arrival in the city of Tashkent, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, accompanied by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, visited the Yangi Uzbekiston (New Uzbekistan) Park.

    According to tradition, the Russian Leader laid a wreath at the Independence Monument.

    During a brief tour of the complex, the distinguished guest was informed about the contents and features of this architectural ensemble.
