The delegation of the Ferghana Region, headed by Khokim Khairullo Bozorov, who is on a working visit to China, took part in the official opening ceremony of a new flight service in Urumqi, the Dunyo news agency reports.
The ceremony was also attended by Uzbek Ambassador to China Farkhod Arziev.
According to the press service of the Ferghana regional Khokimiyat, this flight will be of great importance for the development of cooperation between the two regions, the development of trade, economic and investment cooperation, as well as tourism. Ferghana - Urumqi - Ferghana flights will be operated from April 18.
